It is a great honour to invite you to participate in the  World Students’ Internet Economic Contest, which will be held in the framework of the International Nobel Congress “PEACE-SUPPORT AND EDUCATIONAL MISSION OF NOBEL LAUREATES AND COOPERATION IN THE FIELD OF GLOBAL SECURITY: TODAY’S GLOBAL CHALLENGES”

 

The World Students’ Internet Contest is a distant virtual competition, which demonstrates the skills to conduct world level independent scientific research, competence in putting forward and grounding hypothesis (concepts), as well as charting the ways of their practical implementation. This magnificent event has already started in January 2016.

The World Students’ Internet Contest is held among students, post-graduates of the first and second years of study, and also among university graduates (who graduated not later than two years ago) from all over the world, regardless geographic location, type of ownership, legal status and subordination of higher educational institutions.

The participants of the Contest are to send the following documents to the address of the Organizing Committee:

*a completed application form of a participant;

* the Contest tasks;

* a copy of an identification document of a student or a post-graduate student (a national or student's passport);

* a copy of the document certifying the student’s or post-graduate student’s affiliation to the university, on behalf of which this work is submitted (can be in the form of an endorsement letter). If a participant is a university graduate, a special document shall be provided specifying the education period at a relevant university (universities);

* a written consent to the use of the contest’s papers or their parts, including translation, publication on the websites of the Contest organizers, in the collection of the best papers, as well as the use in the educational process provided that the name of the author, the aim and the purposes of the paper and the place of the participant’s study in the period of writing the paper are mentioned (the consent is expected to be attached to the application form).

There are two parts of the task for the participants of the World Internet Economic Contest:

I. All participants of the Contest carry out the research work under the motto: “The scientific achievements of Nobel Prize Winners in Economic Sciences and their application for the analysis of causes and finding the ways of the global socio-economic system development”. Every participant may choose any topic within the area. The research work size is not to exceed 20,000 symbols;

II. All participants of the Contest shall prepare an essay on a general topic “The Nobel movement in my country and my ideas how to promote it”. The essay size is to be at most 6,000 symbols.

All parts of the contest task including accompanying documents are sent to the email address of the Contest (Nobel.olimpiada@gmail.com or intoffice@duep.edu). The deadline for paper’s submission is 28 April2016 according to the date of the sent e-mail.

All the participants will be awarded a Certificate. The winners of the Contest become the participants of the Congress and have the possibility to present their Contest papers during the Discussion Panel of the Congress “New generation of the Nobel Ideas”.

The awards for the winners of the World Internet Economic Contest are:

1 Prize place - the winner gets the Order of the Charitable Fund “Alfred Nobel Planet”, a special prize and money reward of $1,000 USA;

2 Prize place - winners receive medals of Charitable Fund “Alfred Nobel Planet”, special prizes and money reward of $500 USA;

3 Prize place - winners receive medals of Charitable Fund “Alfred Nobel Planet”, special prizes and money reward of $300 USA.
